Payment & Refund Policy
To reserve your spot, we offer a simple 3-payment plan:
• $600 USD deposit (non-refundable)• $700 USD due 60 days before trip start
• $700 USD due 30 days before trip start
🔁 Refund Terms:
• Cancel 61+ days before: deposit retained, rest refunded• Cancel 31–60 days before: 50% refund (minus deposit)
• Cancel 30 days or less: no refund
• ✅ You may transfer your spot to someone else at no charge.
💡 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation & medical coverage.
