“If you ever have the opportunity to experience one of Silvia’s tours, take it. After joining several of her Paris tours, I knew immediately that I wanted to travel with her to Mexico City for Día de Muertos — and it exceeded every expectation. Silvia has a remarkable talent for building itineraries that strike the perfect balance between guided experiences and free time, while also blending iconic highlights for first-time visitors with discoveries that feel truly off the beaten path. Mexico City is a place that completely fills the senses — the colors, music, food, aromas, textures, and energy are unforgettable — and Silvia somehow manages to immerse you in all of it in just a few days. Beyond the itinerary itself, she is an exceptional communicator who connects easily with people, creates an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, and fosters a genuine sense of community among the group. Traveling with Silvia feels less like being on a tour and more like sharing an unforgettable experience with someone who deeply loves and understands the places she visits.”

Trip of a lifetime!
Silvia Morán’s Mexico City Day of the Dead festivities tour was an amazing experience! This was one of the all-time best trips I’ve ever taken. I attended this tour last year and I’m still in awe of all the amazing things we did- which were made so easy touring around in a small van (from our centrally located beautiful hotel) led by Silvia! We were able to experience the vibrant Mexico City mercados brimming with bright orange marigolds, amazing food stalls, coffee, beverages, and tons of handmade souvenirs and keepsakes. We experienced a special night in a chefs home eating incredible Mexican cuisine and sampling some craft tequilas. We toured an historic castle, spent an afternoon exploring the small town of San Angél, and so much more!!! I’ve been on many of Silvia’s tours, including food tours in Paris (!) which are always fun, informative, lively and filled with perfect personal touches. The vibrancy, deliciousness, richness, and excitement of this celebration and personalized trip with Silvia to Mexico City and the Day of the Dead celebration is not to be missed!Kim Ferguson, Guest CDMX 2025
